Our Story - Quality Cleaning and Maintenance Services Is Our Profession
NC Pressure Works, LLC is a commercial property maintenance company owned by 33 year-old Southport, NC native, Tommy Roberts. The company provides the cleaning and restoring of parking decks, sidewalks and parking lots along with re-striping and seal coating asphalt.
Following high school, Tommy worked in the booming coastal construction business specializing in site preparation and underground utilities.
Tommy worked with a large commercial property maintenance company and began fulfilling the pressure washing contracts. He began sub-contracting for other maintenance companies then formed his own company in 2007. He has successfully provided service for Target, Walmart, the VA Hospital, various malls and Duke Medical among others. They also contract condominiums and home owner associations.
NC Pressure Works, LLC serves central and eastern North Carolina and is based in South Raleigh near Garner.
